All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note: This does not include shipping time.

During high volume periods (such as holidays or product drops), processing times may take longer.

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner, which may change over time. Currently, fulfillment is handled by Printful.
2. 🚚 SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Canada 5–10 business days
International 7–21 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.
3. 💵 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — stay tuned!
4. 📦 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
5. 📬 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the item:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
